Lochie | director

With 11 years’ experience under his tool belt, Lochie is our hard working Director. 

Lochie’s passion for building started at a young age, working alongside his dad any opportunity he could. Today, Lochie is hands on, keen to teach the team the tricks of the trade and share his passion for completing projects to perfection.

Outside of work, Lochie loves a latte (with one), spending his weekends supporting Lake Wendouree Football Netball Club and his chocolate Lab Chester.

Max | Carpenter

Our Carpenter, Max, has been at Doddcon since early 2022. 

Max enjoys the challenge of taking on new projects and shares our passion for high quality finishes.

When Max isn’t taste testing Ballarat’s best smashed avo, you’ll find him playing cricket for the two swords or running around with the Rokewood Grasshoppers.
